The first thing I will ask you to do is make a list... I know I know it can be hard to think of everyone you know and make a list of those you think would be interested in either one of the programs, shakeology or coaching BUT I don't want you to make a list like that! I actually just want you to write down EVERYONE you have ever met. Period. Don't filter, qualify or even think they might be or not be interested in something.
Just reach back into your memory banks and think of people you KNOW and LIKE, people who you went to school with, worked with, play sports with, know through a friend etc.

• Children
• Aunts
• Uncles

• Nephews
• Cousins
• Friends
• Coworkers
• Church members
• Social group/club
• Neighbors

Write these names down. You can use this contact list to keep track of them all.

Once you have a list built up, I want you to start at the top of you list and talk to 5 people each day. BUT dont bring up anything about Beachbody, workouts, programs etc just connect or reconnect with those 5 people.

You can start this process by finding and adding them as a friend on facebook. Then Sending them a message to start the conversation and build the relationship.
If you are having trouble knowing what to say or how to start a conversation my suggestion is to remember to F.O.R.M them.
F is for Family
O is for Occupation
R is for Recreation
M is for Message
How I do it is I like to be a Question Asker, I try not to be nosey but I might scan a persons facebook profile before starting the conversation, this will help me know what kinds of questions I might be able to ask to start the conversation flowing.
I might ask the ages of her children, or if she has shared a photo of a meal I might ask for the recipe etc. Be interested in them, don't try to be interesting. People love to give advice too so you could ask for a suggestion.
Try not to bring up coaching or beachbody on your own. If they mention it or ask about it then of course you can provide any information you feel is relevant but try not to over share or overwhelm them with info.

Action Steps Today:
1. Make a list
2. Choose 5 people from the list and add them on Facebook
3. Of those 5 people message each one to connect and build the relationship
4. Add 5 more people to your list.
4. Repeat every day (remember CONSISTENCY is the key to this business).
