5 Step Invitation Processs
Step 1 - Invite
Make a list of people who you know
Promote your upcoming challenges through social media
Don't just give them all the information. Learn to bridge the prospect from step 1 to step 2. "You can say, that depends on what you need and want." Often my Facebook friends will comment "interested" on my invite post. I will then private message them with a simple message that says:
"Hi Shannon, thank you for your interest in my 21 day fix program, I would love to tell you all about it but first can you tell me a little about you and your health and fitness goals?"
At this point it allows them to tell me about themselves. Sometimes they will still want all the information about the cost upfront. I do try to share the information about the product first before just giving a price that way they understand what it is they will be getting and we build a relationship along the way.
Step 2 - The Interview
Ask your customers a few simple questions
I like to ask "How would you rate your current nutrition on a scale from 1-10 with 10 being best"
Take a few minutes to ask some questions and listen to their answers. I will then say thanks for sharing that with me shannon, how about I tell you a little more about the program and then you can let me know if you think it is something that could work for you.
When they say yes I simple send them some information I have drafted on the specific program we are talking about. You can always message or email me for these blurbs to use! I also have conversation templates located in our Facebook page.
Step 3 - Video
If I send you a video would you have time to watch it?
Before Providing the Cost details and options I always try to have my customer view a few videos, I personally use the Intro video for the program we are discussing and then send them the Have you every felt like this. These will help them to understand the value in the product or program and how the challenge groups work.
Step 4 - Follow Up
The Follow Up: "Did you have a chance to watch the videos?" "What did you like about them?"
Step 5 - Enrollment
Send them your website link and walk them through the process. You website link will be:

I will send my customer to my website and say: "Go to shop, then on the left side click on Challenge packs, then scroll to find ___________ challenge pack and select your flavour of shakeology".
